On 6 September I called a private plumber as my geyser had "popped". The new Kwikot geyser was installed in 2020 so was still under the 5 year guarantee. The plumber reported the geyser on the morning of 12 September and advised Kwikot that I'm a single lady and they need to let me know when they are coming through so I can make the necessary arrangements. I got a call on Monday the 19th letting me know that they won't make it and told me they will be there the next morning. The next morning, I got a message from them saying that they assigned a new plumber and that it will be fixed Tuesday. I phoned the contractor myself and made arrangement for 14:00 that afternoon. They couldn't assess my geyser that is on my roof and took some pictures and left. Nobody phoned me back on Wednesday. Yesterday morning I phoned the Kwikot office again and I was told they can't replace my Geyser, they don't have proper access to my roof and that I should hire my own contractors to install it, or I should widen my trapdoor in the roof... It's been a WEEK off HELL, and I still don't have any hot water. Nedbank found new contractors for me and I'm still waiting on Kwikot to drop off my Geyer so we can install it.

I have never delt with a company that is so unfriendly and useless as the same time.
I would definitely advice anyone NOT so support them at all.
