Misleading, thievery, incompetent

Before my transaction I informed the gentleman at the till that I will only be able to come back for my item after hours.
To my absolute disappointment my item was not available on arrival, non of the staff present had any knowledge of it.
This has and is causing such an inconvenience and excruciating health problems.
I have been inconvenienced despite having paid for services not rendered
