I bought a PS3 on the 27th December at the Hammanskraal branch, it did not work, took it in for repairs on the 6th January, it's the 22nd of February, no feedback and yet I was told 21 working days is all it takes for repairs to be done, the consultant who was helping me is not forthcoming, very playful instead so I have no Idea where to get feedback from.
This franchise sells faulty goods, u take them for repairs then u will never get them back, that is how the scam works.
