The facility is really in need of better supervision over all staff members especially nursing staff. The unprofessional manner in which the nursing staff conduct themselves is quiet troubling. Being a patient at the hospital I witnessed the unsurvey manners of many nursing staff. They scream at the top if their voices in the hall ways speaking to each other from distance apart, not taking into consideration there are sick people in their care. Only attend to patients on routine. No constant check ups. The y play pass the job on.
May patients who were scheduled for operations are told to fast with no exact time or date for the operation. In many cases patients went 3 and 4 days with out meals and knowing their status. Only if there was no emergency then they could be taken in. In the interim they had to stave out. The communication between doctor to doctor and doctor to nurses is so poor and dangerous. I witnessed all of this first hand whilst admitted to the hospital. Some interns work really hard whilst others clearly are not sure about their way around.
As health care facility it is highly disappointing and troubling as our lives are placed in the hands of people with don't care attitude.
It is unfortunate for the poor and not so privileged.
