Money gone and no response to emails

I ordered patio furniture from Freebird after an email they sent out advertising their wares. I was very excited for what I would be getting and even paid a deposit.
The order was placed in June of 2013.
All was well until September/October when the updates from them on how far the furniture was stopped coming through.

There was then an email about inability to deliver and that all orders would be refunded. This email must have come in October.

It is now Feb of 2014 - just 4 months from the date the order was placed and I sit here without neither furniture nor the money I paid.

What's even more upsetting is Doreen does not care to respond to the emails sent - even after promising that reimbursments would have by December!
