My vehicle was a and recovered and is now on a waiting list to be repaired by TC Panelbeaters. With the Christmas and New years period, the panebeaters were closed. My problems with BUDGET are listed below:
1. No-one from BUDGET made a courtesy call to inform me that the courtesy vehicle is due to be returned on the 30 Jan 2014. I took responsibility and made 2 phone calls to your offices. Your staff is not fully informed that the courtesy vehicle can be dropped off at any branch with no cost involved.
2. I have made 3 calls to my repair consultant -Cordelia on 011-7100631. I have been unsuccessfull in communicating with her, however I have spoken and left messages with her colleagues, Emmanual, Tilita and Ayanda. I am not sure why I have a repair consultant. What is her duty. Why am I making the phone calls.
I feel that I am paying R627.00 pm for poor client communication and am disappointed that I have to be requesting for service from your staff.
One last question, could someone explain to me WHY am I inconvenienced without an extension on a courtesy vehicle, as your p/beaters was closed. Can some-one reconsider the courtesy car.
