I am an Avon rep since January 2008 and I have made PC status for a few years now. This year as i do every year, I asked my SL to please send me how much more sales I need in order to qualify for PC, and after a few days she sent me an amount of R1260 as of the 19 December 2013. I then made sales in excess of that amount until C13 end. Then on 29 January 2014 I received an email from my SL stating that I did not make PC and my sales to date was R97 386 and I was short by R2614 sales. So I emailed my SL and Zone Manager to query this as i went according to the information I was given by my SL.
Carol then sent me several emails passing the buck and making it my fault that I did not keep track of my sales but I asked her and my SL several times how was the figure of R1260 calculated for which I received no reply! I do know that my SL sent me a private message to say that was the amount she received and she cannot remember as she doesn't have proof of the mails because her computer was struck by lightning in December and she lost everything.
I have proof of all my emails sent and I would like to escalate this query to someone higher than my zone manager as this is unfai
