My account has been debited for R762 without my knowledge or consent. Please advise why this was done as I had already paid the rental of R550, 00 (via EFT) on the 31/01/2012. Even if it is a legitimate charge I do not think it is right that I was not advised about this charge so I can plan for it accordingly. Your consultant Muzi told me that you were not able to debit my account due to incorrect details - so where did you suddenly get my details from? This capturing error lead to me paying a late fee for his mistake. He also captured my e-mail address incorrectly, does your system not pick up returned messages, did no one feel the need to contact me and obtain the correct information so I can be advised that my rental has been increased!!! I have paid your attorneys R5297, 00 due to non payment when I was unemployed (this amount was for 5 months rental) and I was assured that after this payment was made I could return to normal payments. Gideon (YEO Attorneys) harassed me constantly even when I kept him updated of what I could afford to pay and when. This is beyond dodgy, I do not even want a refund - I'm moving my possessions. I pay your company R6600 per year for this! No thanks!
