I've been very disgusted by Avon Justine company due to their poor customer service, ive been a representative for this company hence last year i submitted my orders that were above my credit limit and i was thereafter requested to pay an up front amount of R618 towards the release of my orders, after a period of 2weeks without receiving my orders i made a follow-up of my orders only to be told that they'e sent to a wrong address since then till today i did not receive the orders and i've requested a refund of my money but all i get is incompetent staff who have been giving me excuses after the other and i've resorted to opening a case against them since it's been taking forever for them to give my money back...
