Car was towed on 6 January 2014, to e-car dealership as my warranty company suggested them, in the period of 2 weeks i only had one call providing feedback, car was sent to another repairer by e car as they could not find fault, they did not put in any claims with my warranty company, thus meaning i am not even eligible for car hire or installment protection plan, pathetic, if they were qualified, why take so long to diagnose problems
