On my previous report I have complained about the service history of the car. Last week Friday I have take the car in for the service. On the service they saw a leak, one seal had to be ordered and could not be done then. I had to take the car back today and when they wanted to replace the turbo manifold seal they saw it was not a seal but glue that was used. When they opened the seal they saw damages. Photo's were taken and sent to SA Warranty, they came back with a report that it is not covered on the warranty as it was not because wear and tear but damaged. I phoned Teresa and Werner, Werner could not assist as electricity was of and he is waiting for city council to fix the problem and he cannot look at mails and photo's. The damage came to R3490.00. As the service is not available and Warranty does not pay I feel that the car was not sold in good condition. Teresa (Kia Menlyn) head office of Tata Pretoria Central said she has to wait for her DP to give feedback. In the meantime I am without a car as the car cannot be released. The bucket is passed from one to the other as Werner cannot access his mails, in the meantime I am suffering. Teresa will only give feedback tomorrow
