No card facilities

I have a company credit card, which I use for company expenses.
I was told that there are no card facilities, and I can withdraw from the ATM next door.
Therefore it makes it difficult for me to claim the exact expense
Added to this the ATM withdrawal charge is for my personal account and is much more expensive than an electronic transaction.
In this day and age I cannot believe a franchise in a retail environment still operates on a cash only basis
