HQ Southgate mall bad service

I went to Hi-Q southgate Shop No L148 Southgate Mall Johannesburg in December 2013 to have rear and front shocks fitted, they made me wait the whole day, and when they were about to close for business I was told that they don't have the correct front shock, and was told to come the following day, and their attitude was bad, they even promised me a DVD player to calm me down, and never delivered on their promise, Last week I was with my mechanic to check the ball joints and we noticed that the shocks that were installed by HQ were not greased, they must have done it in a hurry and never bothered to grease them, I am extremely disappointed at the service I received at Hi-Q southgate
