Lack of Customer Care from Gariep Motors JEEP

I drive a Jeep that is currently only has just over 40000 Kilometres. On the week of the 13th of December 2013, i got stuck in the middle of Upington and Olifantshoek. My car was then towed to JEEP Kimberly, i'm paying for such an expensive car, i would alteast expect a courtesy car, because I currently dont have anything to go to work with.

They have been promising me for weeks to provide me with a car, but everytime i call Cindy comes up with different excuses. I used to drive a Ford Focus which was far cheaper than the JEEP, but i can assure you I got a better service from Ford than with this expensive JEEP.

If it was my fault that the car was damaged it was fine, but they picked up that it was a water pipe that burst due to pressure and caused the engine to fail. they even replaced it with a thicker water pipe, meaning that they knew that the installed pipe was not fit for purpose. Now i have to be inconvenienced like this for their underdesign. I had to cancel my planned trip over the december holidays due to the car failing me.

All i asked for was to be provided with a vehicle, while they sort out their under design issues that caused my car engine to cease
