I recently purchased a Jeep Compass, and so contacted Jeep Sandton to book it in for the first service. An hour after booking the car in I was still waiting for a shuttle to the office, got in at 07:20 sufficient time to meet the first shuttle at 07:30. At jeep Sandton there is only ONE service advisor that books in and checks the cars. I suppose it can be expected when you are working from a Town House complex. I have owned Toyota, BMW, Mazda/Ford and Nissan. The pre-booking and the reception for these dealerships tell you that you are important regardless of the car that you are driving. Driving a Jeep has been dream, I never thought that I would own one, but after my experience with Jeep Sandton, I want to stay far away from this brand. Jeep has probably got the smallest list of derivatives compared to theie German competition, surely then your service consultant should be more familar with what can and cannot be done on a Jeep Compass. On the top 50 most sold cars in South Africa for July, the Jeep Compass was 47th, are you trying to get out of this list?
