Vehicle sold, but vehicle has never worked properl

Dear Sir/Madam.

I would like to know if you can assist me as I have purchased a Jeep Wrangler 2004 model from CMH Umhlanga GM on the 13th of April 2012 and since then I have had nothing but trouble with the vehicle.

I received the Jeep on the night of Friday the 13th of April 2012 and by the following Tuesday the vehicle had to be returned because of repairs CMH had to make to the Jeep.

Because of the delays in the repairs to the Jeep I had only been able to drive the Jeep about six time between April and July as CMH had the Jeep most of that time.

Since owning the Jeep I have only had the Jeep for approximately four months and CMH Umhlanga GM have had the Jeep the rest of the time, and when I do get it back from them, I end up having to phone them back to say it still is not fixed correctly.

Currently I am still without my Jeep as they still have it plus I have not heard a single word (email, phone call) or any other contact with them since my last email to them about a month ago. To this end I feel that I have been give extremely bad service and contemplating taking this matter further with the CPA to have this vehicle completely changed.
