I bought a car on the 20th of January 2014, the following day i received a call from McCarthy Road Assistance agent requesting me to activate my membership, we could not do it because i was in a meeting, so i asked her to call me in an hour's time, to this i am waiting for the call. I googled the number (0861 293 329). I have been trying to get hold of them today but they are not accessible. Should i need their services, will they help me even if my membership is inactive? I cannot even send them an email. This is so stressful.
