NEGLIGENT INCOMPETENT ASSESSOR BROKE MY CAR

I will go out of my way to dissuade ANYONE from doing business with Halfway Toyota Fourways!

Their vehicle assessor is an irresponsible incompetent individual with a total disregard for MY property. He test drove our vehicle during an evaluation for a trade in, and admitted to me in front of another of Halfway Toyota's employee that he DICED A PORCHE IN OUR CAR. Needless to say, our turbo BLEW shortly after his joy ride, and Halfway Toyota management claim that it is not their problem!

The principal, Martin Klopper never bothered to respond to the e-mail we sent him! It seems as though he is setting a fine example for his staff.

We now have to fit the bill for the damages to our vehicle, due to the negligence, irresponsibility and incompetence of this assessor and the corrupted support of his Management.

My complaint to Toyota Head office did not even help as the customer service agent reported that the principal refused to acknowledge any responsibility for his staff members conduct. Sad that this attitude of evasion of responsibility is becoming acceptable by Toyota Head Office.
