They have debited my account without any documentation to back the charge
Their website states the following under the FAQ: "Are there any extra costs?
No, with our loan, all fees and commissions are included in the final agreed figure on your credit agreement. In the case of bonds the bond originator may ask an administrative fee, but that will be arranged with you before you sign any document. And that is the amount you pay, nothing else."
I did not receive any contact from them that i signed!! So that means that they deducted this amount off my account without any services given!!!
I want my R299.00 Back!!! or a police case wil be opened for.
