Sanral claims to respond to complaints on Hello Peter but the only (standard) response is to undertake that they will look into the complaint. I have complaint, a week ago, about a bakkie being billed as a truck - which is obviously wrong. SANRAL expect us to pay within a week but they do not even respond within a week. Do you really expect me to pay an incorrect account - NO CHANCE.
