Hi All... i wrote previously regarding my brand new King Size Sealy and how the mattress has hollowed in and the bases terribly damaged. Sealy says the mattress is fine and wont replace it so i have lost my money on this pathetic brand in like 7 months.
Anyway, the bases they replaced were creaking and they again sent an investigator to verify that the brand new bases they sent were indeed creaking... what a waste of time. So thye agreed and then replaced again and the now one bases is creaking so i am in the process of waiting to have this exchanged.
This process has been going now for 5 months. People, dont waste your time and money purchasing a Sealy product. The after market customer service is disgusting and Sealy once was a great product but sad to say not anymore. Look at my experience, i mean, brand new bases creaking more than once? and then a brand new mattress with memory foam caving in and not giving the support that is needed and they have explanations to safeguard themselves!
