DT Photography did a wedding at Turbine Hall in Johannesburg on 29 September 2012 and as to date our client has not received their wedding video. Our client paid DT Photography in full to the amount of R7000.00 for the wedding video.
Our client is not worried about the money, however all they want is their material.
We have been trying to get hold of Donovan Thorne, however all we get is his voice mail and sms's saying that he is on a shoot? He also claims that the material will be delivered to the client, however this never happens.
DT Photography has not once offered to reimburse the client for any inconvenience caused or for a full refund of the money paid back to the client and possibly even offer the client a service that the client may need to settle this matter?
We are laying a charge of to the SAP and we will make sure that this matter is resolved as far to many suppliers in this industry take chances and rip people off and we will not stand for that.
