Unauthorised Debit Orde

I used the facilities and am happy wit them, what frustrates me and make me cross is that i was told to pay before i move in and i did pay, a week later they charged me via debit order the amount of R1631.70
my question is why was i told to pay if they were going to take a debit order, now this had messed up with my budget, i can not do groceries because these peaople too all my money and i keep on calling to follow up, no one bothers to phone me and give me feedback.
I really need my money asap this is not on.
