Just logged into my IB and found that a debit order just went through my account. Debit order details NAEDO TRACKED DO | SCB NAEDO /PREEMAL002715 | -399.99. I have no idea what the is this about. Can you please reverse this debit order and put the funds back into my account including the charges and interest. Once that is done I will withdraw my money and close this account. I will be fowarding the information to my attorneys to handle this for me if I cannot get the money back asap.
