Why i will no longer support Jeep

Very long story short. Jeep were unable to fix a issue i was having last year. it was booked in for 16th jan this year, but i had to take it early as other problems came up ie radiator fluid leaking inside vehicle. I took it in on the 10th Jan. Today i still have not got the car back and they cannot tell me when i will. I contacted them on monday this week to inform them my wife's vehicle has been sold so from Thursday 21 Feb i will not have any transport. i gave them 2 options, either have my car ready or organise a replacement car for the duration. I was then contacted on Thursday (the day i no longer have my own transport) to say they have not finished with my vehicle but have organised me a alfa which will arrive Friday 22 Feb. I said fine, at this point still no clarity as to when my car will be ready. The today, i phone ti find out when the car will be ready, at this point i was told the alfa is not available anymore, but a fiat pinto will be. As i said in an email to the DP. Without sounding like a snob. I did not purchase a Grand Cherokee, to now be in a situation that i must drive a pinto for the fore seeable future. i am sorry to say this will be my last jeep.
