This is the 3 time I received very bad service from this courier company, if you call the centre to trace your parcel the played music in your ears for more then 15 min I hold on, if the people can't get more people to service the clients rather close your company! I doent have money to waist on phone calls and never get help! I am sick and tied now for this service! You never get help!
