I received my so called statement today. It does not contain details of all transactions, it only contains one photo per vehicle, I have two and the quality of the images are so bad that i cannot even tell the vehicle brand, the only thing you can clearly see is the number plate. The discount date appears twice on the same invoice but the dates aren't the same. Now they expect me to pay close to R900 without proof that i actually passed under the gantries. I cannot go the their website to pull information as you have to register.
