I received invoice a day before the "discount date expiry" (strange the transaction dates were more than a month ago!!!) Now I am trying to pay but the call centre is not answering and I can not get onto your website. I refuse to pay the higher amount due the incompetence of Sanral. I have heard nothing but bad stories about people who have gone into the branches so I will not be doing that either as I do not have over an hour to waste there to pay for my transactions which apparently you can not load/pay more than one at a time so each transactions/invoice has to go through separately??? How can you implement something but the systems do not even work and when they do they are extremely slow?? Pathetic!!!
