Incorrect billing

I received an invoice with an undated photograph and 12 different gantry passes. How do I know that it was actually MY vehicle that used those gantries?

The amount I was charged was three times the advertised toll rate on the highway? How can you do that?

SANRAL has extended credit to me without my permission. Is that legal in terms of the law? Where is my FICA documentation?

I have been using the highways since December 9th, but I've only received one invoice? What's with that?
