VENAN REDDY SET UP DEBIT UN AUORDER ON MY ACCOUNT

I have unathorised debit order running on my account from August 2013 for the amount of R99.00. Venan Reddy from UNATHI refuses to refund me although i sent my bank statement to him and highlighting the debit order. this is a as advised by my branch
