We purchased goods on account from your Port Alfred store and signed that a debit order goes off on the 5th of every month. This did not happen, which is obviously not our fault, as it was supposed to be done from your side.
Unathi phoned us wrt to payment and we have been trying to phone her to get your banking details, but the number she phoned on is constantly engaged and you don't even have a contact number for Port Alfred on your website. She then phones my husband today saying how dissappointed she is in him for not paying yet.
Firstly, he is not a child that needs someone telling him that they are dissappointed in him and secondly we run a business and can't always be running down to town to pay an account that should have had the debit order arranged already. We have now deposited the money (including an arrears charge), but please can you sort the debit order out and also remind your staff who the client is and how they should be handled.
