Worse service from GDS Gearbox (Norman Paylor)

Mr Norman Paylor of GDS Gearbox, 79 Craig Road is a, and bad business manager in motor industry. I approached them after seeing their website to fix my faulty A3 2.0 Litre for engine or gearbox failure. He performed assessment on the car and promise to have it fix for R15 000.00. He told me it was a minor fault in the gearbox and the car should be up and running. On the 6th of August 2013, I made payment towards his account. Since then, I have been met with constant from him regarding the status of the car. Couple of his employers told me that Norman was replacing my car parts to fix other clients car and vice versa. I made an email request to have my money back and my car which he promised to pay it back on condition that I give him more days as he was consulting with Audi Eastrand for support. As days goes by I finally had it with his empty promises and and went to request for my car. In mid December 2013, I used the tour truck to remove my car from his premises to mine. He refused to pay me back. I have since served him with legal documents to pay back my money, which he has not to date. I'm busy with my Lawyer to take it further.
