I didn't realise service like this still existed!

I found a car online at Tavcor Motor Group in which I was interested, but it was in another province. I decided to make contact anyway, and was put in touch with Dean Foong. And so a very good story starts.

Dean was extremely efficient in answering all my questions via email (as I am unable to take phone calls). Every question was answered, every request was delivered on, and every issue was sorted out, all with efficiency. Dean even took time out to record a detailed video of the car, and he sent me a full gallery of pictures from every angle, inside and out. He never stopped short on any promise, and even the little issues that was raised were handled professionally, to my satisfaction, to ensure that I am a happy customer.

May I tell you that I am not happy, I am ecstatic. It's been a very long time since I've had service like this, and I will recommend Tavcor Motor Group to all my friends and family, also online in my blogs. There's a good chance I'll buy from them again, even though they're in another province.
