I had a bad experience a few years ago with Tavcor where after a month my brand new car had rust on both doors and I vowed then to never buy a VW product again. I have since then owned 2 other new vehicles but did not even consider going to Tavcor. Two months ago I was in the market for a new vehicle (cash buy) and thought O.K its been nearly 15 years let me give Tavcor another try. I explained to the salesman my bad experience and told him I was trying again. Told him I was interested in to vivo and he said he would email me a quote. I then went to 3 other dealers who one gave me quote immediately and the other 2 emailed me the same day and I was offered a test drive which I was not at Tavcor. The other dealers were in contact with me at least twice a week until I made my decision and I am 2 this day waiting for my quote or any form of contact from Tavcor!! I am now however a proud new owner of a Toyota and I will now never break my own rule again of staying away from Tavcor.
