I recently took my car in for a service at budget in buitengracht, was well received by receptionist and alan (i think floor manager).
i was told that my voucher doesnt cover a plug spark or something, wasnt exactly happy upon hearing abt it. i was called two hours later about a few issues consistent with the fault list the vw agents had given me. to my delight, they were abt 35% cheaper than that of the agents.was sceptical abt it, but i accepted the quote and had instructed them to go ahead with repairs as long as they could keep my old parts.
i collected the vehicle end of the day and all old parts had been neatly packed in my boot in a box.
i took my car back to the agents considering the comments here. the agents confirmed that everything stated on the invoice had been done.
the cherry on the cake was that the floor manager called me five days after the service to find out if everything on my car was well. i had asked the manager abt comments of the workshop, he said all groupon customers expect a new car after buying R289 voucher.so far so good
i am very happy with the services budget auto had rendered, and would definately be using them again.
