I would like to compliment Chris Mbatha from Ram Couriers for delivering excellent customer service. Chris was fast, friendly and efficient.
I was asked the necessary documents which I produced, they were checked and I was informed as to where I should fill in my details and sign.
Chris is highly recommended for his excellent customer service as well as Ram Couriers for keeping their promise as per telephone with one of their friendly consultants this morning.
Now that's what I call customer satisfaction.
