No proof of 101 point check

I have recently bought a used vehicle from CMH Bryanston. They say that before you take delivery of the car it undergoes a 101 point check. After I took delivery of the car I requested via email the proof of these checks for complete service history purposes. I am now officially tired of asking after 6 emails, and then they promise me everyday that I will receive it the same day.
Is it really that difficult to scan one page and sending it to me, or perhaps, do they really keep any real records of anything???
