I had an international parcel shipped in August and tracked it. The last time I tracked it was in september and it was in GREIn TransitON (HUB) so I researched and found out that was in in fact Germiston HUB. So I tracked everyday for about a month and the status didn't change and eventually gave up. I contacted the sender and they were not responsible. Now I am seeing the status has changed from GREIn TransitON (HUB)(2013/09/07) to HALFWAY HOUSE (2013/11/07) which is my closest PO. Seriously though whould have thought the parcel would take this long to get here from Germiston. Three days later (2013/11/10) it was marked WITSPOS (HUB) and that it was returned back to sender. For crying out loud it stayed for 2 whole months in Germiston without getting to HALFWAY HOUSE and now that it was here, it's retained for three days. Now it is marked In transit DURMAIL (HUB). I need it back in HALFWAY HOUSE please. The tracking number is RB656400337CN. I have tried calling but all the numbers I could find for DURMAIL are not going through.
