I bought a second vehicle from Kia Bryanston in January 2013.
To make a long story short, there were problems with the vehicle and I personally took the vehicle to Toyota Alberton to get it checked out. After various back and forth conversations and inspections from 2 different Toyota dealerships, Front Runner and Fourways sound it came down to the roof rack being installed incorrectly as this was done through Kia Bryanston before I collected the vehicle. The sales person at the time Gavin as well as the dealer principle promised to reimburse the R1995.00 which I had to pay for "prop shaft repairs".
The Dealer principle Mr. Petrus van der Walt said that he will look into the matter on the 20/8/2013 and then on the 24/10/2013 requested my banking details 24/10/2013. The payment still hasn't been done and left several messages as well as follow up mails but to no avail.
So with all honesty dealing with Kia Bryanston was one of the worst experiences I have ever had and would advise not to to deal with them
