Mascots at play did NOT deliver after I paid them in full!! Needless to say it was a great disappointment to my 4 year old daughter when Papa Smurf failed to show up at her party. The Smurf apparently went to my house instead of the party venue despite the fact that it was clearly communicated and filled in on their booking form. I called numerous times, enquired, left messages - yet, no explanation and still the Smurf was a NO SHOW. To make matters worse - after this, they claimed that I cancelled the service!? I set the record straight and they agreed to a refund for which I am still waiting... They have not been responding to my emails. DO NOT make use of this service! They failed to deliver and have failed to rectify the damage!!
