November 2013, I purchased 2 Brand new Pachinos from your 4ways Branch. Bike1 worked perfectly, Bike2 on the other hand could have easily been built in another factory.
Bike2, after having it for a week it just decided to cut-out on me while driving home one evening, I called into the 4ways branch who collected it after 2 days after nagging them to.
Friday I received it back, the very Sunday it just failed to start, once again I called 4ways branch and they collected, and tested the bike for 5 days after returning it to me insuring there is no further issues.
Early January of this year I sent the bikes in for there 300km run in service and very soon thereafter decided to sell bike2 as I was no longer interested, as no matter what I informed the Fourways/Rosebank branch they could not match the comfort and ride ability of Bike1, who was working perfectly, until now.
Bike1 decided this morning not to start at all, and since the beginning of this year I have been commuting with the bike it made my life very unpleasant to sit in traffic for the duration of the morning in a car.
Call Rosebank today, and they inform me that they can only view my bike in 2weeks, not impressed at all
