Last year December I took my car for his 75 000km service on a Saturday, because it's such a convenient service that Opel offers their customers and they told me when the car was finished, that they can see the water pipe is sweating, it's not leaking yet but they have ordered me a new water pipe. They said it will take up to 3 days max as they are not closing for the festive season. I said well okay just let me know when the part has arrived and I can book a date to bring it in as I am going on holiday. In the first week of January we got back from our holiday and my husband said I should phone Opel and find out what is happening with the part as we didn't get any feedback. So the second week in January I phoned Opel and asked them about the part and the lady that helped me said she (Liezel) will phone me back. After a while I phoned back as she didn't phone me first. She said I just have to hold on, after 10 minutes I put the phone down. Eventually my husband got someone (Rentia) to help us regarding the matter and she promised us the car could go in last week Wednesday (15 Jan). Okay everything done and dusted, but new problem: our car is leaking water more than it did before.
