Very dissapointed client!!!

Good day. I purchased an Certified G2 used car from Reeds Tyger valley round about September 2013. The service when buying the car was very good but I found that the after sale service is very bad. I complained a few times during the last few months about noises coming from underneath the car but I got no help, and just told that I must sort it out with the service department. I took my car in today (as this was the first opening I could get during the holiday season) and got a quote for more then R10 000, which in the words of the service department was things that couldn't have been 100% from the beginning. The problem that I have with this is the fact that they sold me an G2 Certified car which according to this report I got today, wasn't 100%. I'm aware of the 2nd hand car customer consumer act that acts for 6 months after purchase, and would appreciate it if someone willing to help me can contact me that this matter can be sorted out. I bought my car from Reeds because I'm aware of the quality and peace of mind you get, but after what happened I'm not so sure anymore, Thanks
