USE OF REG NO: NU 2628 for e-toll: ref 2211185/ VPC account id 10071595795
I have just called you customer services dept ref no 3001493392 and have explained my predicament. I have been receiving numerous e-toll accounts from January 2014 this year on the reg no NU2628. This is use of my vehicle's registration number. I reside in KZN and the vehicle in question has not been in Gauteng or out of KZN. It has not been on the roads for quite some time now due to mechanical issues. It has not been sold either.
I am unable to access the representation forms from your website. The vehicle depicted on SANRALs invoice appears be a black BMW and I own a sedan navy blue Ford Escort (1996) 160i
The Transaction numbers are 806346560, 813072061, 812764978, 813051670, 812762197 through the GORT toll for December 2013 and January 2014.
It is ridiculous for me to fill in a representation form for each invoice sent.
I have written to Aarto prior to the e-tolls coming into effect as I have been getting traffic fines for traffic violations on the same registratrion number. I believe that my reg no is being used and that the culprit be brought to task.
