I complained recently about my cracked water tank I had to replace due to Bosh, no one called me nor a sms, but they road respond that they will forward me some forms they didn't even confirm my e-mails address. Woow how incompetent that I had to complain twice in one month... [Email Removed] is my e-mail address... I'm not impressed at all and I still want to be reimburse!!!
