INCOMPETENCE AND RUDENESS

So I sent a messenger to the Saxonwold post office with a very descriptive note stating "kindly post this (parcel) by registered mail"
My messenger came back with the parcel and note with a reply "only for letters"
Having used SA mail service before and having just had this same parcel returned to me having not been collected by recipient in VDBJL PARK, I went back myself..with very little time to waste which is why I PAID a messenger to do it for me in the 1st place.
the attitude of the staff in this post office is dreadful beyond words! Two customers held up the windows for almost 30 minutes wrapping and marking parcels (they should have been moved to one side until finished) When I did get to the window (1) it turned out that it was the woman at window (2) that turned my messenger away. She told the person I was dealing with (in a language I don't understand) that he had asked for a red sticker which he vehemently refutes! He is a very honourable man so I believe him.
All the staff began chatting and laughing while there was a now extended queue backing up waiting for assistance. I had to ask twice if I could get my parcel done as I had to get back to work! diane
