I took my Fiat Seicento for a problem with the clutch and a "Major Service" on 15/11/2014. Hennie informed me the "Major Service" Clutch Kit and Flywheel Skim will cost around R6500. I went to the bank, got a loan (which I'm now still paying off because they would not accomadate me for paying them off) and got it done. On 12/01/2014 I had to go fetch my child in another province so I stopped at the filling station and asked the Petrol Attendant to check everything as I was going far distance. To my surprise my vehicle short one pint of oil! I left it at that but on Tuesday 14/01/2014 the clutch cable snapped! I phoned them and Corne was so friendly and helpful, towed me back to their workshop and said they will phone me. Hennie told me to get the part from the agent will cost R1300, including Vat and Labour will cost me R2100, I phoned Fiat Hatfield and Pat informed me the cable cost INCLUDING VAT R550!!! I phoned Hennie and asked him about it. His reply was "I don't think I want to do business with you anymore because you second guess my judgement. I had to go and tow my car away with the broken clutchcable in the passager side of my car.!!!
