I am extremely unhappy for the second time that there is a discrepancy on the amount billed, no invoice supplied either time.
The last time i had an appointment, i needed to cancel and left a msg on the answering service. Today after checking the price list at home, i realized i had been billed in over excess of R200. According to the price list the total should have been R595. and I was charged R805!
I called to discuss this with the therapist and was told that she had charged me R100 for not making it to the previous appointment (despite my cancellation). My question - why not tell me about this? Her reply - I forgot...
Amazing how she didnt forget to add it to the bill, and knowing full well that she did a mini pedi (R80) and not a classic (R90), yet i was charged for the classic. Which still leaves an amount of R30 unaccounted for... The treatments between my friend and i were juggled and unprofessional...
These ladies will not have my support ever again. There is no transparency but pure deception...
