Terrible all round

I had a very bad experience, first and foremost they did shoddy work (I can still see cracks where they "fixed" the bumper), they were extraordinarily expensive, they did not keep me up to date with the progress of my car, and they lost all my car's papers, even after confirming that they were in the car and after telling me I didn't have to remove them.
