I reported there bakkie that they are riding licence expired already in September how can they dive it on the road and issue out fine if there vehicle licence had expired. There comment to me was to me was that it the vehicle is not on the road it is in the work shop but i took pic of the bakkie on the road, and again today when i was doing shopping i saw the bakkie again still with the same expired licence, the licence expired on the road 2012/12/31
